PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (TELKOM) has implemented SAP and IBM ECM since 2001, hence acquiring professional experience and competence on SAP resources. With the appointment of PT Multimedia Nusantara (METRA) as the SAP Service Partner in Indonesia on October 2009, METRA established a new strategic business unit named METRASYS to particularly focus on SAP services. On October 2011, METRASYS was spinned off officially under PT Sigma Metrasys Solution as a subsidiary of TELKOMSIGMA (PT Sigma Cipta Caraka) – one of METRA subsidiary.


Since first operating in early 2010 by acquiring SAP Service Partner license Metrasys offered significant IT consulting and advisory advices to telecommunication and service business on corporate level, some of the satisfied customers were PT Posindo, PT KAI, and PT Telkom. With the growing competitive global market it is obvious that there is endless possibilities for such business to keep growing.


METRASYS has experienced exceptional growth by the support of BUMN (State-Owned Companies) synergy program through TELKOM. With the implementation of ‘good governance’ it is expected that the application of SAP will move to the next level.

Project Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative support to Associate Director Consulting Business
  • Update, process and analyze reports for the progress of all projects
  • Responsible to prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)which contain the information about project progress.
  • Required to ensure that the project is done as per the set guidelines.
  • Manage event in the project, petty cash, project justification and assisting in ongoing project evaluations.
  • Manage all resources assignment.

Requirements:

  • Female, max 30 years old
  • A Bachelor degree in Communication, or Secretarial studies from a reputable university.
  • Have at least 3 years working experience similar position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must have willingness to learn and possess a strong ability to adapt with the work.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, with good time and administrative management skills
  • Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
