Business System
Analyst (BSA-JS)

Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and gathering
client requirements to translate into detailed project plans that meet
budget and deadlines, to solve the problem and enhance the current
application system.
- Manage all work teams
including technical, creative, and production, as well external suppliers
and contractors.
- Interface with client to
scope projects, manage budgets and direct the development cycle from
inception to completion.
- Assists the programmers and
developers through designing, assist coding, testing, deploying, and
supporting client initiatives.
- Infrastructure development
that will enhance the scalability of the organization, allowing the proper
systems and processes to be integrated with the business best practices
ensuring consistency and stability.
- Become second layer to solve
application problems according to the root cause analysis given by and
that is not being solved with helpdesk.
- Coordinate user or third
party for testing application.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Experience as Business or System Analyst or equal with
that position for min. 2 years.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in
IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- High skill level in project management and team
management.
- Quick understanding of Business Process and Process
Definition.
- High skill level technical business analysis.
- Acknowledged in SAP implementation (B1/A1).
- Full-Time position(s) available.
